As an Application Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers and helping them succeed. Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Be the friendly, approachable first point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Provide clear, supportive explanations of product features and solutions.
Knowledge Base Development
- Create and maintain an accessible library of knowledge base articles to empower customers.
- Ensure content is updated regularly to reflect the latest product enhancements.
Product Customization
- Help clients customize dashboards, reports, and other features to meet their needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to implement and test changes.
Bug Troubleshooting
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, collaborating with engineering as needed.
- Use tools like Excel and analytics software to pinpoint and resolve data discrepancies.
Customer Interaction
- Participate in client calls to provide guidance, troubleshoot live issues, and build strong relationships.
