As an Application Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers and helping them succeed. You’ll be at the forefront of solving challenges, customizing solutions, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Be the friendly, approachable first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Provide clear, supportive explanations of product features and solutions.

Knowledge Base Development

  • Create and maintain an accessible library of knowledge base articles to empower customers.
  • Ensure content is updated regularly to reflect the latest product enhancements.

Product Customization

  • Help clients customize dashboards, reports, and other features to meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to implement and test changes.

Bug Troubleshooting

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, collaborating with engineering as needed.
  • Use tools like Excel and analytics software to pinpoint and resolve data discrepancies.

Customer Interaction

  • Participate in client calls to provide guidance, troubleshoot live issues, and build strong relationships.
  • Deliver every interaction with professionalism and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a technical product support or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, data analytics tools, or software solutions is a plus.

  • Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with a proactive and creative approach to challenges.
  • Tools: Experience with ticketing systems or project management tools is an advantage.
