About the Role They are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Team Lead who can hit the ground running. If you have a deep understanding of Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more), and can navigate both Azure AD and On-Prem AD environments with ease, this is your moment. Plus, if IP network communication, IP subnetting, and tools like Autotask, Datto RMM, and IT Glue are second nature to you, you need to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Mentor: Build, develop, and expand a high-performing IT support team. You'll initially manage one Level 2 technician but will help grow the team significantly in the next two years.
  • Provide Expert Support: Be the go-to person for Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 application issues.
  • Onboard & Offboard Like a Pro: Manage user setups in both Azure AD and On-Prem AD environments.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Review tickets, guide resolutions, and ensure you document every win in IT Glue.
  • Shape the Future: Develop and enforce IT policies, monitor team performance, and stay ahead of industry trends to equip the team with the latest tools and knowledge.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in IT support, especially with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong knowledge of user onboarding/offboarding in Azure AD and On-Prem AD.
  • Solid understanding of IP network communication and basic IP subnetting.
  • Bonus: Experience with Autotask, Datto RMM, and IT Glue.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft certifications? Even better!
