What You’ll Do:
- Lead UX design across a range of projects, from concept and research to implementation.
- Create and deliver a UX vision with iterative improvements over time.
- Transform complex problems into simple, user-friendly solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Develop sketches, prototypes, wireframes, and visual designs to effectively communicate your ideas.
- Design with an eye for both aesthetics and functionality, ensuring seamless handoff to development teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- A UX professional with 10+ years of experience in roles such as UX designer, interaction designer, information architect, or visual designer.
- Proven experience designing and shipping enterprise-level products, with a deep understanding of the full product lifecycle.
- Strong interaction design skills and expertise in tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or similar.
- Experience with front-end technologies (CSS, HTML, Javascript, jQuery) is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Background in the IT industry and experience working in Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban) is preferred.
