Our client based in Galway City is going through a growth phase and seeking several Quality Assurance Automation Engineers who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of SaaS enterprise software!

You should be a passionate and experienced QA professional who develops and maintains automated test suites, enhances testing pipelines, and collaborates closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the software meets the highest standards.

In this role, you'll be empowered to innovate and provide new tools that streamline verification processes, making a real impact on the quality of the product. You'll work on cutting-edge technology, test challenging features, and strongly advocate for user experience and product quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support continuous testing in the development process.
  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
  • Improve pipelines for efficient and reliable testing and deployment.
  • Review and provide feedback on technical design documents.
  • Stay current with new testing tools and strategies.

What we love to see:

  • 3+ years of strong automation experience.
  • Proven success as a QA Engineer embedded within a product team.
  • Experience in all phases of software testing, including front-end, service layer, and back-end testing.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and tools like Test Rails, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Jira.
  • Background in Cloud or SaaS environments.
  • Experience with RESTful web services and APIs.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
